Dreams Start Small and Grow Big!

College Spirit Week was filled with excitement, inspiration, and big dreams at Spann Elementary! Our kindergarten scholars had the wonderful opportunity to spend time with members of the Jackson State University Royal Court, and it was a truly special experience for our youngest Bearcats.

Our little scholars were thrilled to meet these inspiring college representatives and learn more about college life, Jackson State University, and the many possibilities that await them as they grow. With bright smiles and curious minds, our kindergarteners asked questions, listened closely, and discovered that college can be part of their future.

The visit was about more than learning about a university ,it was about helping our scholars see themselves as future college students, leaders, and dreamers. The members of the Royal Court encouraged our students to believe in themselves and understand that the dreams they have today can grow into something BIG tomorrow.

We are incredibly grateful to the members of the Jackson State University Royal Court for taking the time to pour into our scholars, answer their questions, share their experiences, and remind them that their futures are full of possibilities.
